Conwright on December 10, 1933 in Ore City, TX. They had 14 children: John Douglas, Helen Ruth, Mary Dee, Norma Jean, Ruth Ella (Mookie), Obie V. (Sonny), Retha Nell, Mattie Louise, Loretta, Samuel Ray (June Bug), Robert Lee (Boo), James Arthur, Vivian Janet, and Emily. They have 63 grandchildren; 100 great- grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren.
